Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is wrong, contact us at oneshot@postingsolutions.uk and we will put it right.

Unopened items

Unopened, undamaged items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please contact us first to arrange the return. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return costs.

Safety note: for health and safety reasons, opened containers of this product cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the return or agreeing the refund.
